How do we manage and let your property?
Unlike traditional high street Letting Agents, Lloyd Developments have a central management centre which deals with all Landlord and Tenant enquiries, rental collections and accounts, emergency call out and maintenance issues and general day to day management of our properties.

We carry out all our own Tenant reference checks to see if a tenant is suitable to rent your property. Each Tenant will undergo a comprehensive credit check, Via our Partners, Ensleigh Insurance Brokers employer and previous Landlord references will be collected and a bank check will be carried out. Once the tenant has been approved and paid the necessary move in costs (usually one months rent in advance and security deposit) they will be offered a tenancy and we will continue to manage your property.
